Synopsis

As companies transition from using single source data to more complex models, they face new layers of complexity. Building systems to connect internal data is complicated enough, but the addition of external data sources adds systems integration and data compatibilities issues.

Data science is proving to be an exciting field as technologies are evolving to make use of multiple datasets and sources. Also exciting is the new onus to look beyond our strategic assets to enrich current services and create entirely new ones. This talk will look at systems, techniques, and tools that should be considered when mashing data.
